Was sold a product that they were not allowed to sell because they did mot have the stuff on their end to uphold it and when I wanted to cancel all I got was delay tactics and once they said the policy w because they did mot have the stuff on their end to uphold it and when I wanted to cancel all I got was delay tactics and once they said the policy would be cancelled I was told they could not refund me the money I paid. That it had to go to finance people because they coded it wrong on the contract. They admitted mistake but said oh well we cant fix it and now im out 3500. I asked multiple times for the GM to call me bit never received a phone call More
