Do NOT buy a car from here, they give you the run around. I had issues with the finance guy rushing me through the contract and pushing me to sign while I was on the phone with the insurance company and dodg I had issues with the finance guy rushing me through the contract and pushing me to sign while I was on the phone with the insurance company and dodging all of my questions I had about the contract. I later saw that he lied to me about the official price of the loan, he added 2 warranties on without my consent and there was also a pre-delivery fee added when the car was bought at the dealership. Even Kia finance company confirmed with me that that fee is only suppose to be charged if the car is delivered to your home which it was not, I bought the car there. I own up to the fact I should’ve put the phone down and been more stern before he got me to sign. And that I did in fact sign. But this is the worst part. I left a poor review on google and was just going to leave it at that. But the owner (on their own behalf) commented on my review and told me to email them that they would discuss the contract with me. So I emailed them, all I wanted was to go over the contract, be reimbursed for the double charges and to take the warranties off and be reimbursed for those as well, it’s not even like I was asking to be reimbursed for the whole loan. Well I sent the email and no response. I even waited a week to send a follow up email because I understand things get busy. I sent a follow up email and receive a call from a different lady a few days later. She confirmed that there were double charges and that the warranties could be removed and being reimbursed shouldn’t be an issue. She said she would give me a call back the next day. I did not hear anything. I waited another day as I know things get busy. So I called back, left a voicemail with both the office phone with her extension and her personal number she gave me still nothing. I sent text messages still no response. I called the store and asked to speak to the general manager and got hung up on. I called back and kept getting the runaround that the gm was unavailable. I was even forced to file a complaint with Kia Customer Care but they said all they can do is send an email out. Still no response. Well I sent my 3rd no response email to the owner explaining the situation. Still no response. I receive a missed call from the previous lady. Unfortunately I missed the call but there wasn’t even a voicemail. I called back left a voicemail, no response, I waited another day and called back and still nothing. This was all over the course of 1 month since the owner reached to me on their own behalf that they wanted to help resolve the issue. No issue resolved just me getting the run around. Honestly at the very least this place could’ve done is just let me write my review and not even pretend to care about helping a customer fix an issue or at least give me a straight answer and not give me the run around like this. The desperation for a dollar bill at this place is the worst I’ve seen at any other dealership. It’s probably because customer service is so bad it prevents them from making enough so they have mistreat their customers even more. Everyone do yourselves a favor and just buy a car online or go to another dealership. Steer clear from this place. The employees just try to lie and give you the run around just to siphon more money. Getting the run around is the most exhausting part and It’s really sad that even the owner treats customers like this. More

They were transparent, efficient, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly values their customers like this one does. More
