If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I bought my Tiguan in 2019 and since then have had nothing but negative experiences - from promising loaner vehicles they didn't have, to messing up I bought my Tiguan in 2019 and since then have had nothing but negative experiences - from promising loaner vehicles they didn't have, to messing up repairs, to waiting four hours for a scheduled oil change, to most recently having to come in twice and spend over six hours there in total only for the wrong part to be ordered... I'm surprised they're still in business. The staff turnover alone is alarming. Avoid this location at all costs if you can. More

I had a horrible experience, had to take the car back twice because it had a short and the second time I took it was because of an engine noise which they did not want to address saying that it is nothin twice because it had a short and the second time I took it was because of an engine noise which they did not want to address saying that it is nothing when obviously is something no car should be making a ticking noise ! I would not recommend this place to no one!! Still very upset that they did not fix my issue ! More

I came in for a check engine light because my normal mechanic was unable to help because it needed to be done by Volkswagen. For a simple software update, that was $250. I came back 3 days later because mechanic was unable to help because it needed to be done by Volkswagen. For a simple software update, that was $250. I came back 3 days later because my check engine light was back on. Spark plug 5 was misfiring. They quoted me $1,200 to replace all 5 and the coils which is outrageous. I had them do #5 only. I was quoted $441 + $58 for “shop charges” I asked for an itemized quote and only a quote with the total was sent. I asked again for the itemized quote and that’s where I found $118 worth of charges that didn’t apply. We settled on parts, taxes for parts and labor which came to $381. I pick up my car and the check engine light comes back on within 30 minutes. I contacted the service adviser immediately. He asked me a couple questions which I answered. I asked him what the next step is and he didn’t respond. I’ve been emailing, calling and texting the service advisor for 2 weeks and I’m being ignored. I spent $630 in less than a week and my car isn’t fixed. The location is highly unethical. Cost for parts are nearly triple, service advisors feel like sales people and they will overcharge you as much as they can. You should never have to fight fraudulent charges from a mechanic. More

My agent was great! One of the guys in the shop asked me how long I’d had my car. I said 10 years. He said have you had this sticker on the whole time? I hadn’t, it was One of the guys in the shop asked me how long I’d had my car. I said 10 years. He said have you had this sticker on the whole time? I hadn’t, it was a sticker from some other dealership. Seemed like an unnecessarily condescending comment. This happened right when I drove in, so it kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. However, the service agent Grant turned it around! Pleasant experience. More

For probably 5 years at 2 dealers (Naples FL and Chicago), I have reported an engine light problem. No one wanted to deal with it. Last year, the service rep was only interested in selling more prod Chicago), I have reported an engine light problem. No one wanted to deal with it. Last year, the service rep was only interested in selling more product/services. This year he wanted to charge $250 as car is out of warranty. I asked him to review the records. He didn’t bother but want me to buy new wipers. AWFUL experience. I also contacted VW corporate last year. Will never use the dealer or buy another VW. No one will likely read this but just moving on. I’ll find a small service shop that cares and where customers matter. More
