Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had a disappointing experience with the service for my Chevy Traverse 2024. The appointment was set for 2 pm, but I had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes before a service advisor arriv the service for my Chevy Traverse 2024. The appointment was set for 2 pm, but I had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes before a service advisor arrived. After the service, we didn’t receive a call to pick up the car. I had to call to find out that the vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn’t washed or vaccinated and was returned in its original dirty condition. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to detail was very frustrating. More
