Our records show the diagnosis for your 2016 Kia Soul was an evaporation system leak. We smoked the system and found the fuel cap was not performing correctly and was not sealing. You were charged a hour labor and cost of replacing the faulty fuel cap. Please call us to discuss your concerns. We are here to help. We look forward to your call.
