I am sure that there is no way that all 6 of the checked off employees were involved this transaction or whatever you are impacted by. In some cases they may not have even been in the date you are talking about. I understand you had a negative experience with the dealership and we would like to work to correct that., but even if we can not, I would appreciate it if you removed the tags for the mentioned employees so they are not impacted. When an employee is tagged in a negative review or reviews for situations they were not involved in it has a major impact on their ability to build trust with new customers, even when they move on to other dealerships or other careers. You can simply reply to this message to acknowledge the change, you can log into your DealerRater account and make the edit yourself, or you can contact DealerRater directly with the request by emailing help@dealerrater.com.
