My overall experience with the service department is excellent. I am always confident with the work. I appreciate being updated directly from the mechanic. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and accomodating despite the fact that I arrived more than 5 minutes late. I felt bad about arriving late since I was the last appointment of the day, b accomodating despite the fact that I arrived more than 5 minutes late. I felt bad about arriving late since I was the last appointment of the day, but the associate (I did not get his name but it shows "Freddy" on my receipt) was extremely gracious about it. In addition to his politeness and professional demeanor, I received the absolute BEST car wash that I ever received when bringing my car for service. I had told Freddy that my mats were a mess and to just do what he could. Well, he went above and beyond! I did not get a chance to thank him because I was in my car driving away when I noticed the excellent job. Please pass along my thanks to Freddy for everything! More

I asked to have the DCM module looked at and hopefully replaced. An attempt to update the module was made but no update was available. The I was told by Toyota phone support that the DCM module is likely replaced. An attempt to update the module was made but no update was available. The I was told by Toyota phone support that the DCM module is likely the cause of the system’s numerous crashes and quarks. But not attempt was made to replace the module. I’m upset that I paid extra for this head unit and the unit doesn’t work properly or reliably. More

Service center is very slow. Took a little over 2 hours for a regular oil change. Also, the technology in the center is poor. The large screen that displays the status of the veh Took a little over 2 hours for a regular oil change. Also, the technology in the center is poor. The large screen that displays the status of the vehicles was blank the entire time, even though there were multiple people waiting. The text message system, the texts come through with just variables instead of your information. For instance, I got a text that said %DEALERSHIPNAME% is current working on your %YEAR% %MAKE% %MODEL%. The scheduling website also seems broken. It would not let me choose an oil change no matter what I did. The only service available to be was tire rotation, I could not get oil change to come up, I had to call to make the appointment. The staff are friendly, but the work is slow and the technology is not working properly. More
