We have purchased a minivan from them years ago. We needed a car for our daughter and checked in on several dealers. We got the best deal (again) from Glen Toyota. Next time we need a new car we won't waste our time with other dealers and go straight to Glen!! More

Our experience with them was bad. Joshua, our sales person, took us for a car drive and that’s it. Didn’t show us about our car and how to turn on all its features, we had to YouT Joshua, our sales person, took us for a car drive and that’s it. Didn’t show us about our car and how to turn on all its features, we had to YouTube our car and that’s when we realized we had to turn the features on. Joshua sat there talking to his coworkers. Mr. Finn signed me up for policies I didn't want. I told Mr. Finn and later Mr. Kraiza and then Mr.Rosario to cancel these policies since I am covered by my insurance . Nothing was sent so I had to cancel them myself and I included the dealership. I have asked Glen Toyota to show me what paperwork they sent to cancel these policies, I have as yet to receive anything except the emails I sent myself. I kept trying to settle this matter by going up the chain in command where I spoke to Mr. Rosario, one of the heads of the sales department. And more issues came, I asked for the transparency of my registration and other filing fees . And I got the answer, we are not here to take your money by Mr. Rosario. In this dealership , 2 of the 3 men I dealt raised their voices to me, when I asked for transparency of expenses. I was told they would send confirmation of their efforts to cancel these policies and nothing was send . And in the end, I also got a state inspection dated May 16, 2024 , six days prior to the date I received it May 22, 2024. I couldn’t get an inspection appointment till the 3rd of soon, so I unfortunately have to drive with an expired inspection sticker. I have included their overall manager Mr. Raland and I have yet to hear from him. More

Every one is friendly. However, they make you wait a very long time to get you tired to just get out the door. The car, brand new, 10 miles, has a scratch on the door. I was told to come back the next day, but when I do they say that the repair guy isn't in and to come another day. Secondly, they added hidden fees for covers I did not approve, nor was it revealed to me, which tallies up to 2500 extra, which I never approved. I want to dispute this and have this removed because I never asked for it nor was it ever presented to me. More
