Felipe the Service Manager went above and beyond to diagnose an annoying steering wheel shake and vibration at higher highway speeds. It turns out the tires may be defective or have flat spots in them diagnose an annoying steering wheel shake and vibration at higher highway speeds. It turns out the tires may be defective or have flat spots in them from new. I purchased the truck as a demo with 3000 miles on it and it had the shake and vibration from new. We can only think the truck must have sat on the lot for an extended period of time.
