Subaru Wakefield crew does a fantastic and thorough job anytime I go there for service. Always go above and beyond. It's too bad the people at the corporate offices for Subaru aren't as helpful. The mechanical part of my visit was ok. The overall experience needs work. I never got phone updates like you get when you wait for your vehicle. I had to chase down status. It would be nice to have my dashboard reset and my washer fluid refilled. David and Erica were good to work with but the details for an inspection really great experience were missing. More
