My experience was seamless. Avery Gathercole was the sales associate who greeted my wife and I as we entered then studio. From that point on she made sure I was taken care of an Avery Gathercole was the sales associate who greeted my wife and I as we entered then studio. From that point on she made sure I was taken care of and felt comfortable every step of the way. I was waiting for a transaction to go through with my other car before executing the purchase of the new car at Volkswagen. While my situation was unique and I had plan that i was determined to stick to, Avery offered many solutions to my concerns without making me feel pressure to make a decision on the spot. She was very patient with me as it took 2/3 more weeks for me to come back fully prepared to make the purchase. During those 2/3 weeks, Avery regularly followed up with me and again, was still very patient. I will be working with her again for our families automobile needs and will recommend her to others.
