Our salesman Jeff Kazee was an absolute gem. He was the only one to approach us in the pouring rain, showed us multiple vehicles and showed us the differences. I did feel a little rushed and pressure from the sales manager when he tried to say that someone was interested in the car I bought….. 30 minutes before closing. lol yeah okay buddy. He did come check in with us multiple times and negotiated closer to what I was asking. I should’ve asked for added accessories. Fadi and Dariush both seemed more interested in moving on to their next customers than with spending time with me to go over details of the car I was purchasing. We had to make a return trip to the dealership to get answers on items that should have been covered on the checklist when I picked up the car. Candy was very helpful on our return visit, answering all of our questions in detail. So far we are pleased with the car, but we could’ve bought it at any Toyota dealership.
