The service team helps me take care of it and the lifetime free car washes are a fabulous perk!!! Scheduling service appointments is quick and easy, and I appreciate the reminder emails for upcoming service appointments. Continental Acura of Naperville has my business for life. The service department has won my heart. It is always the same familiar faces that greet me, and they go above and beyond to make me feel like I'm their only customer. I don't know how they do it! They call me by my first name, and Shirley even went so far to call me a few days ago to tell me that the car wash was back up and running. I don't know of another dealership that takes such great personal care of their customers. Shirley is the big duck at the desk, always smiling to the customers and making sure their check out experience is easy. More

Looking for a car? Go here! I don't want to say I'm a "regular" but this is my 2nd time purchasing from this dealership because it really is about as painless as it gets. The sales and finance staff really do a nice job of being accommodating and streamlining the entire process. Tony G. has gone above and beyond both times to make sure every little detail is taken care of both before and AFTER my purchase. The service department is also excellent. They're straight forward and efficient. I've only had to have standard maintenance on both my vehicles and you're in and out pretty quick. I have to give a shout out to Rodney and the other service techs on the team for being extremely detail oriented in making sure that even the littlest things don't go unaddressed. More

This was our 2nd purchase at Continental in the past 11 months, as we purchased a 2016 MDX last y We visited Continental for the lease of a 2016 RDX. This was our 2nd purchase at Continental in the past 11 months, as we purchased a 2016 MDX last year. We had a similar experience this time...outstanding. Ernie Alvarez provided great service, without playing any of the games that are played at Acura dealerships in Westmont and Elmhurst. He, combined with Mark Pisoni, provided another great purchase experience. There was never any pressure to make the purchase. Ernie and Mark provided a great price on the new car, while also offering market value on my trade. Josh and Jerry provided great insight into the lease process, as this was our first lease. When visiting the Service Department a few days later, Dan provided friendly assistance. In the future, we will not even shop at the other dealers, as we only need to visit Continental to get an overall great experience. More
