Best customer service in the industry. Can't give enough praise to the Service Department! I've purchased multiple Acura MDX's (thank you, Kirk!) from Continental Acura and have always had my car(s) serviced there (an oil change includes so much more) … it's well worth the 45 min. drive. Loaners readily available but I don't mind waiting in the comfortable customer lounge. More

A great experience for my car service. I am not a fan of going to dealerships for car service, however today may just be the day that changed my mind. From the start where Carrie gave me I am not a fan of going to dealerships for car service, however today may just be the day that changed my mind. From the start where Carrie gave me the wait time for an oil change and tire rotation to the time I was leaving and paying Shirley, this experience couldn't have been any better. Carrie was knowledgable and gave an accurate waiting time…which in the end was much quicker! A very pleasant change. In the past I have usually had to wait much longer. Upon checking out, I had the opportunity to speak with Shirley who was very friendly and made sure I used any of the coupon / Castro Oil checks I had. (A great reminder for me!) The price was fair, the work was great and the I couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to interact with in a service environment. Keep up the great work!! Mandi Kripalani More

"Went the extra mile!" The air was leaking in my tire today. I called Dan at Continental Acura of Naperville for a service appointment. He asked me to come right in and they The air was leaking in my tire today. I called Dan at Continental Acura of Naperville for a service appointment. He asked me to come right in and they would help me. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and washed my vehicle! Dan helped to resolve the problem in a timely manner and kept me informed of when my vehicle would be ready. Shirley was welcoming and efficient in helping to complete the billing and deliver my vehicle promptly. Thank you, Dan and Shirley!! More

I purchased my Acura MDX 2 years ago and prior to the purchase I was a lifetime Lexus/Toyota customer. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Continental Acura, because I LOVE my car, but equally as im purchase I was a lifetime Lexus/Toyota customer. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Continental Acura, because I LOVE my car, but equally as important is i LOVE the service I receive every time I am there. I only named 2 of the service guys, but please give credit to all of them. They know me by name and treat me like family. Barbara in Service is the most joyful woman, and she is very respectful of my schedule/time when I'm waiting for service or a car wash, and Shirly at the desk is ALWAYS bubbly and talkative.
