Return customer and 2nd experience definitely worth it I had bought a 2015 Acura TLX and now in Late March 2018 my wife and I decided we needed more space so we returned to Continental Acura in Naperville I had bought a 2015 Acura TLX and now in Late March 2018 my wife and I decided we needed more space so we returned to Continental Acura in Naperville to see Tom Trulis are salesman during our previous buying experience. I was very happy to find Tom still there although semi-retired. We had a great buying experience once again and are now the happy owners of a 2018 Acura MDX. I hope Tom is still around in a few years when we get ready to do a deal again and all the personnel we dealt with at the dealership were great. Thanks so much for an easy and smooth buying experience. More

Great Experience I called to make an appointment for my 20 old daughter,she needed service on her older tsx.I was a little worried because it was her first time to tak I called to make an appointment for my 20 old daughter,she needed service on her older tsx.I was a little worried because it was her first time to take her car in by herself.When I called I spoke with the service manager Darrin Kuster.He put me at ease right away,very professional!When she got there she spoke with Chris Papo and he was great great.He told her everything he was going to check on the car and that is exactly what he did.When she was waiting for her car to get done she went up to the sales floor.She will be buying a car within a year.She was approached by Tom Trulis and Abe Crump and Robert Manuel.She told me they showed her 3 different cars and went over each car! WOW!Then she picked her car up from service and theu explained everything to her.Darrin and Chris could not have done a better job!!Thank you guys so much.You can bet this is the only place I will go to buy and service my cars. More

However my husband and I encountered none of that when we walked into Continental Acura. Tom Trulis was great! He was very eager to help but never pushy or phony. When we decided on the RDX, the price negotiation was a breeze and we felt like we got it for a very good price. In addition, there was no sales pressure from Jerry Burton regarding extended warranties and service packages when we picked up our new car. Overall we had a great car-buying experience. More

Best Service Ever! Being in a family of 5 who loves new cars, we've purchased a new car almost every year since 1996. We've had the best service with the sales person, Tom Trulis, and business manager, Jerry Burton, at Continental Acura of Naperville so far. We were looking to buy a 2017 Acura RDX Tech AWD and Tom Trulis did not put any pressure on us to buy. He was very patient with all of our questions and worked so well with us on the price that we decided to upgrade to the Advance package. He also didn't make us feel uncomfortable or that it was too much trouble when we decided to change the color of the vehicle on the day of signing, even though he had already input our prior decision in the system. Really fair deal/price! Jerry Burton was very helpful in answering several questions we had regarding financing, which in turn also played a part in our decision to purchase from this dealership. The paperwork at signing was thoroughly explained and straightforward. No hidden fees or hassle, unlike our experiences with many other dealerships. More

Continued great all-around service We have always experienced professional, knowledgeable and courteous service from Tom Trulis, with whom we have leased 3 vehicles over the past 8 year We have always experienced professional, knowledgeable and courteous service from Tom Trulis, with whom we have leased 3 vehicles over the past 8 years. He is fantastic and so easy to work with. We have enjoyed driving each vehicle; but there is a comfort level at Continental Acura that kept us coming back, even though other Acura dealers were more accessible. We had the opportunity to work with Tyler Fox for our most recent maintenance service appt. From a phone conversation prior, to drop off of the vehicle the night before service; he answered all my questions and made sure my requests for the vehicle during service would be taken care of. He also opened the service doors, walked to and opened the door for the loaner for me and then proceeded to go over a few things that were different from the model I was driving, while he was standing in the rain! I was impressed! It's never a bad day when you visit Continental Acura:) More
