Do yourself a favor. Avoid this dealership. Got conned into buying warranties. When something was wrong guess what warrenty doesn’t cover. I still remember the words of Jerry the finance guy. Best dealer I have ever used. I have been a customer of Continental Acura for 30 years. No surprise that Mr. Manuel already got 1 star from another customer on July 17th, 2017 (https://www.dealerrater.com/sales/Robert-Manuel-review-119828 ) Here is my experience. We visited continental Acura on Saturday Oct 14th, 2017. The attitude of Mr. Muller was very unfriendly. First, he tried to even show the MDX out of window rather than test drive. We had to ask for test drive. Every 5th minute, he used the word that it is raining and we are wasting time. Finally, I had to tell him that if it is raining for him, it’s raining for me as well and I have come with one year old in lap to buy the car. We felt so unwelcome and disrespected that we decided to leave. I entered the store with a mind that I will come with a car out of showroom. Unfortunately, Mr. Manuel blew the deal with his attitude. The dealership should address this employee so that other customer does not go through similar poor experiences like mine and another customer who wrote review on july 17th. If he had antiquates of customer dealing, he would have sold the car on that day. More

Service experience After many months of searching, I came to own a used Acura MDX 2016 with 29K purchased from a Toyota dealership. Soon after, I contacted Darrin Kuste After many months of searching, I came to own a used Acura MDX 2016 with 29K purchased from a Toyota dealership. Soon after, I contacted Darrin Kuster for his help to learn some of the SUV's features. He put me in touch with Product Specialist Eric MacKenzie who helped me go over the vehicle. Eric being a new employee sought the help of veteran salesman Robert Manuel who was indeed of no help - useless I should say. While Eric was in process of explaining I realized that Robert along with another veteran salesman Ernie Alvarez was gesturing from inside the dealership that Eric head back into the building. This went on for some time. It was only later that I realized that Robert and Ernie both were preventing Eric from helping me because I did not purchase the Acura MDX from Continental Acura. Finally I went back to Darrin Kuster, the service manager and expressed my displeasure with the clownish attitude especially that of Robert Manuel and Ernie Alvarez. This, just because I bought the MDX from another dealer. I do own a Acura TL 2010 which is serviced by the Continental Acura Within a few minutes Darrin Kuster and I were on I-88 and he helped me activate the ACC function which Eric and Robert failed to explain. I have to thank Darrin for taking the time to drive with me and help me learn the MDX's features. Darrin Kuster did not have to take this task which should have been the responsibility of the sales to help customers understand the products they are entrusted to sell. Robert and Ernie should have risen to this occasion and assisted Eric help a customer. While I give 5 stars to his service department I will not hesitate to give 0 stars to Continental Acura's SALES department. More

Great Experience I called to make an appointment for my 20 old daughter,she needed service on her older tsx.I was a little worried because it was her first time to tak I called to make an appointment for my 20 old daughter,she needed service on her older tsx.I was a little worried because it was her first time to take her car in by herself.When I called I spoke with the service manager Darrin Kuster.He put me at ease right away,very professional!When she got there she spoke with Chris Papo and he was great great.He told her everything he was going to check on the car and that is exactly what he did.When she was waiting for her car to get done she went up to the sales floor.She will be buying a car within a year.She was approached by Tom Trulis and Abe Crump and Robert Manuel.She told me they showed her 3 different cars and went over each car! WOW!Then she picked her car up from service and theu explained everything to her.Darrin and Chris could not have done a better job!!Thank you guys so much.You can bet this is the only place I will go to buy and service my cars. More

Great Experience at Continental Acura in Naperville I live 25 miles from Naperville and have a lot of car dealerships in my area, but our family drives the distance to purchase and have our cars service I live 25 miles from Naperville and have a lot of car dealerships in my area, but our family drives the distance to purchase and have our cars serviced at the Continental Mazda and Acura dealerships, due to their integrity and outstanding customer service. These dealerships first came to my attention in January 2014 due to their 5 star on-line ratings, when looking to purchase a small family vehicle, and they've earned that 5 star rating based on the compassion and service they've extended to our family. (We purchased a new 2014 Mazda 3 from Continental Mazda and visit this dealership regularly for very reasonably priced oil changes and maintenance.) Two weeks ago my 2nd car was unexpectedly totaled in an accident, and we were taxed with the unforeseen expense of having to purchase a used vehicle to replace our 2nd car, while on a limited budget, due to our 3rd child starting college in the fall. Both Continental Mazda and Continental Acura were great in assisting us in this task, and we were very happy for the assistance of Robert and Steve from Continental Acura, who were able to find us a reliable used car that fit both our budget and our family. Both were great in listening to our needs, staying within our budget and showing us cars that would be a good fit for our family. When my husband had questions, Steve was very good about providing all of the information he requested, greatly easing our concerns over a "used" car purchase. We were also very thankful for the dealership's 30 day, 1,000 warranty on used vehicles, which we didn't find at any of the other dealerships we visited. Also, Jerry was extremely helpful when completing the paperwork to finish the sale. He was able to offer us an extended warranty at a very good price, and he really helped us to work through the decision making process, without pressuring us. We really value the way the Acura team came along side us and made the difficult experience of having to replace our 2nd car, so much less stressful. More
