We bought our last car from him and had a great experience, so naturally, we chose to work with him again. Tom's a man of integrity and makes car buying fun. We left with a 2016 RDX AWD after trading in a 2010 Acura TL. My husband and I were pleased with both the purchase price of the new vehicle as well as the trade-in value we received. I can fully recommend Continental Acura and the great cars that they have, also my sales person Tom Trulis who provided us with a truly unique and enjoyable buying experience. I purchased an Acura MDX and had such a positive car shopping experience here that I'm encouraging my mom to get a car here when she is ready for a new one. Kevin Ahlert and Tom Trulis were incredibly helpful and knowledgable from the day I walked in. The sales manager, Mark Pisoni, is also fantastic. I had been to other dealerships who didn't seem interested in helping me unless they knew I wanted to buy a car that day. It was the opposite at this dealership - they were not pushy at all, and just seemed interested in showing me the cars so I could get an idea of what they had to offer. Kevin was the first person to show me the MDX and was so knowledgable about all the various features. When I came back a second time to purchase the car, Tom was the one to help me. He spent a lot of time with me and was very patient, as I had a lot of questions and needed some time to make decisions. It's been a month since I purchased the car, and they continue to call and email me every now and then to check in and see if I have any questions. Every time I go to this dealership, it's a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to anyone!! I absolutely love my MDX and it will be the first place I start shopping the next time I'm due for a new one. More

Great Experience!! Great Experience. Would highly recommend Continental Acura Being in our late 60’s we have bought many cars from many different dealerships in many different locales over the years. We recently bought our new 2016 Acura MDX from Continental Acura of Naperville. It’s been almost a month since our purchase, and thusfar, our experience with Continental has been the best we’ve encountered. From our initial visit, through the selection and sales process, to the business manager, to the vehicle preparation for delivery to us, to the service department, each person has been very professional, quite knowledgeable, extremely patient, and outright a pleasure to work with. Our Sales Consultant has been especially helpful. He’s been quite attentive to our questions and needs, has been thorough in follow up, helpful in getting us to know our new MDX with all the fantastic new technology that’s available, and has done so without being the least bit overbearing or pushy. The whole experience has been low key, focused on the customer, and pleasant. I would highly recommend Continental Acura of Naperville to anyone interested in the purchase experience of a new Acura. More

Great experience I just wanted to take the time to thank Tom Trulis, Mark Pisoni, and Ernie Alvarez for our outstanding buying experience in March 2015. We were in th I just wanted to take the time to thank Tom Trulis, Mark Pisoni, and Ernie Alvarez for our outstanding buying experience in March 2015. We were in the market for a new vehicle, and were not initially sure of which vehicle we wanted to purchase. We spent a great deal of time researching our decision. I initially met with Ernie Alvarez a few days before the purchase, as I was looking to get a quote on our trade-in. Ernie was very pleasant, and offered us a fair price on the trade. Since my wife was going to primarily drive the new vehicle, she went out and test drove 2 other makes, and a 2016 Acura MDX at Continental. Immediately, she fell in love with the MDX. What impressed me the most was that after her test drive, there were no immediate pressuring phone calls from the staff. I instead reached out to Tom Trulis (who had shown her the vehicle), indicating that we were interested in the vehicle. Tom is truly a pleasure to deal with. He cares about the customer, and was completely honest and fair during the process. In order to keep our purchasing options open, we did visit another local Acura dealer, a dealer who previously earned our business for a past Acura purchase. At the other dealer, we felt we were being played and ended up walking away On our way out the door, I contacted Mark Pisoni and told him that we were on our way to Continental to work out a deal. Mark Pisoni is a true professional who clearly wanted to earn our business. In the hours before the purchase, we primarily dealt with Mark, who was able to get us the price that we were looking for. To sum it up, everyone we dealt with at Continental should be commended. We are very happy with our purchase, and would recommend Continental Acura to anyone looking to purchase a new Acura. They treat their customers with respect, and offer great customer service. More

We definitely did not feel pressured into making any decisions we were not comfortable with and ultimately it help accelerate our decision to buy. Similarly, we could not be happier with our selection - it has been a joy to drive and we expect to keep it for a long, long time! We have been back to buy accessories and of course dropped by for a car wash or two during after these dreary Chicago winter weather events. More
