He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and didn't just rush me through the process. His genuine effort to put the customer first—making sure I was fully informed and comfortable with the plan—was evident throughout. What truly set Cory apart was his exceptional communication. He kept me consistently updated on the status of my vehicle, proactively reaching out via phone and text. Jason in the service department was very accommodating for the date/time of the services I needed for my car and providing a nice loaner vehicle. He also beat other BMW dealers’ quotes.
