Went for a recall item - that was fine. Asked for an oil change, bill was overcharged until questioned about it, then he changed it to the regular price (he said something about a computer Asked for an oil change, bill was overcharged until questioned about it, then he changed it to the regular price (he said something about a computer issue - ya right).. Said vehicle required an overall inspection of over $200. Declined, but he said the notification light would be left on. Normal inspection said I may need to replace two front tires soon (OK). I told him to turn the notification light off, he said not sure they can do that, I assured him they could, they went back and did. Dealer charges 3% to use a credit card. Bought my car there, but won't be back. More

My service Mgr Liz went above and beyond! Went in to get a health check on used car I purchased and she got me in and out quickly. Unlike most dealerships I've dealt with in the past, BMW if Orland Park really does seem to go the extra mile for their clients! More
