Excellent service and professional employees to work with!! I purchased my 2018 Tucson in June and have been in love with it ever since! Not only was the purchase itself a great experience (with Joshua Casey) b I purchased my 2018 Tucson in June and have been in love with it ever since! Not only was the purchase itself a great experience (with Joshua Casey) but everything since June has been wonderful!! Josh reached out to make sure everything was running smoothly with the car and to ask if I had any questions. Yesterday I went into Family Hyundai to get my first oil change which was free! I knew every third oil change was free but the initial change being free was a pleasant surprise! They even gave the car a nice wash and topped off all the fluids in a timely manner. Colin was very friendly and pleasant to work with! Every encounter I’ve had with Family Hyundai so far has been wonderful and I am so happy with my first car purchase and decision to go to FH!! More

Customer Service I bought a new car from Family Hyundai in June. It was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Frederick didn't make me feel pressure, he w I bought a new car from Family Hyundai in June. It was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Frederick didn't make me feel pressure, he was honest yet still loyal to his company and his customer service skills were excellent. Unfortunately, I had an accident a month later and my brand new car needed service. Although it was more than what Hyundai did on site, they were able to give me excellent options and stayed involved with me throughout the process even though they did not necessarily have to do so. There were a few misunderstandings that came up throughout this process, but the Hyundai family helped to get it resolved while always keeping the customer (me) at the forefront of decision making. I just got my very first oil change and Colin (who I worked with before) actually remembered me and was just as polite and professional as before. The wait was not very long (although they were very busy), and they even did a quick clean of my car. Each department that I've come in contact with were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. This experience has so far been a breath of fresh air. Thank you all for what you do! More
