Multiple staff members inquired if I was being helped and were all quite friendly as I waited. Came in for multiple small rips in my drivers seat which was covered by my warranty. This was the worst experience ever. I drive my car in because my engine light had been on. I leave my car there and never get a call from anyone at the dealership. I had to call them to I drive my car in because my engine light had been on. I leave my car there and never get a call from anyone at the dealership. I had to call them to find out that something serious was wrong with my engine and that it wasn’t covered because my odometer was at 99,000 and my warranty expired at 91,000 (which I wasn’t really aware of). Mind you this is a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and I am the second owner. I don’t have money to pay out of pocket for this kind of repair. I will never purchase from this dealership again. They sell you junk and then refuse to help you when their cars break down. More
