I brought in my 2022 Tucson for oil change in Jan 15. I told the staff the power window locks for rear seat is not functioned, can he take a look so I can make an appointment for repair if necessary. But I told the staff the power window locks for rear seat is not functioned, can he take a look so I can make an appointment for repair if necessary. But he said the Tucson is not equipped with power window lock for rear seat. So I went home double check the car manual and sure that switches is to lock the rear seat window. What a mis-leading, his name is Kenneth Begeske. I called back to the dealer and someone helped me left a message to the manager, but no response until now. More

Multiple staff members inquired if I was being helped and were all quite friendly as I waited. Came in for multiple small rips in my drivers seat which was covered by my warranty.
