Norm Rreeves Honda put the wrong fuel pump in when I brought my Passport in for a mandatory recall. -You’re fault. My passport has had multiple problems with the engine since then. Then on Dec 15th, brought my Passport in for a mandatory recall. -You’re fault. My passport has had multiple problems with the engine since then. Then on Dec 15th, my Passport stalls during traffic hour because of the wrong fuel pump in the number one and number 2 lanes and would not shift into neutral. Dec 16th I brought my Passport in and did not receive the car back until after Christmas and when you recievied the part, it was the hi-pressure fuel pump which is the wrong pump, so you had to send it back and I continued to wait until the correct one arrived. I’m a single dad with 3 kids with no car for Christmas and when I asked Norm Reeves for a loaner car, your response was “we don’t do that here”. Who knows what kind of significant damage has been caused by Norm Reeves’s negligence. Even stated to me, via email by Honda’s own online techs that there would most likely be “significant damage.” And yes, I have the paperwork for all of these events and the online records. So no, I am not happy about my car, my Christmas and New Years plans with my kids and no car. The negligence and the lack of concern for another human being is just despicable. More

Service at Norm Reeves in Huntington Beach for 10 years has always been stellar. I once went to Norm Reeves in Alhambra and they did not honor the tire agreement.
