Before I made my same day appointment I called to see if an oil change could be completed within 90 minutes. The women on the phone said she thought they could but they wouldn’t know until I arrived. When I an oil change could be completed within 90 minutes. The women on the phone said she thought they could but they wouldn’t know until I arrived. When I arrived I asked if they could complete the oil change in 90 minutes as I had an appointment. The advisor said they could so I gave him my keys. My car sat in the same spot for 45 minutes. It wasn’t even taken back for the work. I asked for my keys back and left. I would have preferred they tell me they were too busy instead of wasting my time. There are so many options for oil changes, not sure I’ll be back. More

Comunicación could be better. Service was perfect. The service was perfect. Mr Einck took great care of all the recalls my vehicle had. The only issue was he didn't comunícate whe Service was perfect. The service was perfect. Mr Einck took great care of all the recalls my vehicle had. The only issue was he didn't comunícate where the shuttle service was going to be and told me to head over to the waiting room. He explained that someone was going to walk over and inform us. No one came, I walked over to the shop and ask the sales person when then informed me to ask my rep. Clayton then informed me the shuttle driver was there outside waiting for people to approach him to start driving. The shuttle driver was respectful and cautious driver. I was told by Clayton my rep the repair was going to take 3 to 4hr. I waited for 5 1/2 hours and for a call and no one called. I was the one to call to find out my car was ready. Same shuttle driver picked me up and Clayton helped me out with a couple of questions and I was on my way. More
