Disappointed after 2 visits having issues both times in service. The service advisor and his manager were fine however the staff that worked on my truck both visits I feel have a disregard for the customer service. The service advisor and his manager were fine however the staff that worked on my truck both visits I feel have a disregard for the customer and their vehicle. 1st Visit - didn’t fill my DEF as promised on the first oil change. Service advisor made a note to ensure it would be filled on the next visit. I found this fair and decided to return a second time because I realize mistakes happen. 2nd Visit - overfilled my DEF and spilled all over the side of my truck and didn’t even attempt to clean it up before bringing it around in the service lane. My truck also inherited a nice vertical crease dent in the driver door from what appears to be that they opened it into their lift post. Porters are not courteous, radio station changed to heavy metal music cranked up on my radio when I started my truck. A car was left unattended in the exit lane and porters continued to pile cars in the lanes behind and beside it so several customers including me were blocked in, unable to depart. When I got their attention and interrupted them playing around and cutting up they acted like I was the inconvenience. I believe there is a lack of leadership and accountability in this department. I will not return to this dealership because if they don’t have care on the small things I am concerned that the mechanics likely won’t be held accountable for their work either and it makes me question the integrity of the entire department. I actually do wonder if the oil change, tire rotation, and recalls were actually performed and if so did they do things correctly….. Mike B is a nice guy and did try to make things right getting Brandon S involved. Brandon S ended up cleaning the DEF off my truck and offered a free oil change on my next visit which I did appreciate the offer however I don’t have confidence in the department to return without the possibility of my truck being mishandled causing damage to my truck that could be more costly than an oil change. More

I appreciated all the courtesy I was afforded by Samantha as well as by the service manager, Doug, who ordered the part for me. The driver who took me home, also and the Lyft driver you hired to pick me up. as well as by the service manager, Doug, who ordered the part for me. I am going to rag a little bit about the number of times my wife and I have attempted to get this little recall service done. At least 3 times. And each time we were told you'd have to order the part and call us back. No one ever called. We'd call back and start ground zero again. The last time I called, I was bounced between service and parts and the parts people didn't even know what I was talking about! The second thing: Why is it that whenever I leave MY car with you, YOUR people have to mess with everything in the cab? I don't get why your valets that move the vehicles have to completely reset my driver's seat to move the car less than 500 feet? And why do they have to jack the AC up on high? And change my radio station and leave it blaring? My father used to own a service station and he fired anyone who tried to treat a customer's car as his own personal property. Sorry there is so much negative stuff here. The people up front that I worked with were great. I just did not appreciate the run-around and I really don't appreciate having to sit there and reset everything before I can even drive off. That......to me.....will determine if I ever buy another vehicle with you. This is my third James Wood GMC, but if you can't get these things fixed. It will be the last. More

Attentive service once I arrived BUT the person who scheduled the service in advance over the phone missed the time required by a mile. Similar to a restaurant hostess telling you the table will be rea scheduled the service in advance over the phone missed the time required by a mile. Similar to a restaurant hostess telling you the table will be ready in 10 minutes and it actually takes 45 minutes. Very disappointing. More
