I had a fantastic experience with Melissa. The customer service went way beyond my expectations. The communication of what my card needed was throughly explained to me and she even sent pictures of my brake pads which were completely all worn out Now that my service work is done my car drives so much better I am very happy with the whole process at Shottenkirk Ford.
