Amber Young was fine until she came to me with a list of my car’s ailments. A replacement of all my tires at a cost of $1,500 for my ATS’s 17” rubber. My daughter checked online for my tires and NONE of them even APPROACHED that figure. I only approved the replacement of the oil vacuum hose which triggered the check engine light. That was done. She was pleasant up to the point when she sat next to me. After the approved work was finished, I went with her to a cubicle to pay. The pleasantries disappeared and it was all business. Now, I don’t know if the staff gets a bonus for as service advisor or not but just because I didn’t approve the tire replacement, why the cold shoulder? Otto Cadillac has been great since I bought my ATS there in many ways and I’m still returning for service. Bill McLean is a super guy and has never treated me like this for similar occurrences. I recommend Otto to others as well. I’m coming back soon for the NYS inspection I need after the oil vacuum hose stymied it and I need one hundred miles on the car to reset the CEL. More

Worst experience I ever had! ! Otto service department are crooks! I brought my car in for an oil change covered under warranty, they tried to up charge me with $1700 in unnecessa ! They failed my inspection and was very shady about the reason. $533 for a high mount stop light that works and continues to work. Hmm it’s a $113 part so I guess $430 labor that takes 20 min to install??! $600 for two overpriced tires , $230 for an alignment. I told them to pound sand out of your mind going to be extorted to pay your ridiculous prices. A scam, guess that’s how they make money at Otto Caddilac, extort money from naive old people. Mavis passed my inspection without issue nothing wrong with stop light, alignment was $99 and I got four reasonable price tires. Never again will I do business with Otto Caddilac bunch of crooks, I am calling the BBB and report their business practices More
