I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lou Fusz Kia. They will be the last. When I bought my latest car, a 2019 Honda Civic Ex, I told them I was concerned that the tires looked worn. They said there was nothing they could do because they were good enough. A week later, I had to buy 4 new tires because one of them failed and the tire dealer agreed that the others could go any minute. Lou Fusz Kia refused to do anything to make it right. I also bought the best extended warranty available. Since the car is a Honda, the first time I had an issue, Lou Fusz Kia said they couldn't work on it and sent me to the Honda dealership down the street. I had to pay a $200 deductible for the work even though the warranty company told me Lou Fusz could have submitted the claim as a subcontracted deal. Again, Lou Fusz Kia refused to do this. They were happy to sell me the car and the warranty, but they won't do ANYTHING to make me glad I gave them my business. I will not make this mistake again. More

Awful experience. I usually take my vehicle to another Kia dealership in town, but thought I would try them out. I had an appointment for a Tuesday, and had to have it I usually take my vehicle to another Kia dealership in town, but thought I would try them out. I had an appointment for a Tuesday, and had to have it rescheduled for Wednesday. And I used the valet option, so they could pick my car up and drop it back off for me. I was less than a mile away from them, and gave them a call Wednesday morning 30 minutes after the timeframe they gave me (was told my vehicle would be picked up between 10 am and noon) because they never showed up. I was told by the service advisor that I did not have any appointments in the system. I called back about an hour later to see if I could speak with somebody else, and got the receptionist on the phone. The receptionist argued with me for about five minutes over the date, saying I was incorrect and I did not have an appointment that day, arguing that the date was the 13th, not the 14th. When in fact, she was incorrect, and I had an appointment set for that day. She pretty much told me I am not able to bring my car in that day and I can bring it in for the next available appointment, even though I had an appointment that day and sent back the confirmation text as proof. at the very end of my phone call with the receptionist, I asked to speak to the service manager, the receptionist told me no, and then hung up the phone on me. I still have not heard from anybody there, even though I was promised to call back, and it’s been about a week and a half since then. I would stay away from this dealership if I were you, and stay away from Kia in general. More
