Stopped in with my wife to test drive a car. Gus our salesman was phenomenal. What a knowledgeable guy who didn’t pressure us at all. Originally the BMW was out of our price range. Alvin the sal Gus our salesman was phenomenal. What a knowledgeable guy who didn’t pressure us at all. Originally the BMW was out of our price range. Alvin the sales manager did some magic and we drove the car off the lot a few hours later. I have to say that this was the easiest car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I’m probably going to go back to Ziegler in a few months when I’m ready for a new car for myself. Couldn’t recommend them enough!! More

I hope this is only temporary. *** Be very careful with this car dealer. Bought a used car (9 months old) for which they agreed to give a discount, which they put in writing. Then they burry you under a ton of paper to read and sign before finally giving you the invoice. You ask the sales man to confirm that the discount is there, "yes yes". You come back a week later to pick the car after paying the full amount and realize the discount is not there, so you ask to have it added. Because it was agreed. By the manager. He signed a paper on this. "Sorry but you signed the invoice as is, you agreed to the amount without the discount". So then it was on purpose?? Scandalous. I was so angry. They finally reluctantly agree to give it as initially agreed through a check to be sent in the next days (wire would have been so much easier). And just when about to leave this car dealer with the car, I get one (not two) keys. I discover that for the first time, it was never ever said to me. Nor written anywhere. Scandalous. I will have to buy a second key separately. It costs 700USD (spare key + programming + hour costs). I start driving the car: maintenance needed as per maintenance schedule. They didn't even bother selling a car fully maintained. Not to mention the email communication barely polite. I'm still waiting for my check. Let's see if it comes. I may improve this rating. Not even sure. Very very unhappy. Very bad experience. Dishonest. Scandalous. More

BMW of Orland Park will never get another order from me. I have purchased serveral vehicles from them. The last two purchases were awful. I put in a dealer complaint with BMW. I placed an order for a 202 I have purchased serveral vehicles from them. The last two purchases were awful. I put in a dealer complaint with BMW. I placed an order for a 2025 BMW X5 with air suspension. It was delivered to the dealership on October 31, 2024. The sales manager made a short term decision to sell my custom order to another customer. BMW of Orland Park does not reward customer loyalty at all. Sarim is a terrible communicator. BMWUSA sent me an email thanking for my new order on Nov 2. Sarim excuse was he was off the day the sold the car. He doesn't take care his customers. When I took delivery of my car, Sarim set an appoint for 11 AM. He had me sign a couple of documents. Then walked me order to service area and had me wait 3 hours to get into the finance office. At 12:45 he said I was next up. But, I didn't into the finance office until 1:45. Sarim agrreed I purchased a lot BMW products. I hope he enjoys cashing his last commission check from me.
