This dealership does not care about their customers. Once they get the sale you’re pretty much not important anymore. The service department is even worse. They did not reset my tires after rotation w Once they get the sale you’re pretty much not important anymore. The service department is even worse. They did not reset my tires after rotation which resulted in me almost having an accident and then took zero accountability when I brought it to their attention. I would never buy a car from here again. The service was bad but the car was even worse. Less than 6 months I began to have countless issues. With tires, breaks, and my check engine light turned on as well. But General Motors decided on their own that this didn’t pose any safety issues. Please don’t buy a car here. I have purchased 3 vehicles and my children have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership . This dealership takes care of my family. From the kind salesmen to the competent service advisors, I keep purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership . This dealership takes care of my family. From the kind salesmen to the competent service advisors, I keep coming back because this is a dealership who cares, is kind, and will do whatever it takes to make me, the consumer happy. I shopped at 2 other dealers before my recent purchase but I ultimately could not purchase from anywhere but Sierra Monrovia. My salesman Alfonso Hernandez showed me countless autos and on a third occasion I was happy to purchase from him. I’m just not easy to please and was uncertain on colors and features but Alfonso made sure my needs were met and he and Mike Hoffman worked together to find a deal that left me pleased enough to purchase.
