The trip to Kia was amazing. Sale man went above and beyond my expectations! He helped from the moment we were greeted to the time we drove off in our brand new 2025 Kia. Our fam Sale man went above and beyond my expectations! He helped from the moment we were greeted to the time we drove off in our brand new 2025 Kia. Our family grew bigger and a bigger car was needed. I thanks God for putting him and all the amazing people in our path when we went to upgrade. Job well done. More

$4600 in predatory fees. An almost $1,300 document fee, which is especially predatory considering California’s cap is $85. Almost $600 in “electronic filing fees”, and $200 in PTA fees. When we pointed out the astronomical fees, the salesperson admitted that they price the cars lower to appear competitive and then add fees, as that’s how they make profit. To deflect, they’ll send a link to an overpriced model on another site. The key difference? That other business isn’t hiding fees. The “out the door” price that they offered was over $4,000 higher than another dealership offering the same car, with only a 5,000-mile difference. It’s not just the outrageous fees—the communication is also unprofessional. Calls and texts go unreturned. Despite salespeople ignoring follow-ups, the receptionist will reach out to see if you have questions and promise to have someone call you back, but no one ever does. Getting a call back from a salesperson can take 3-4 weeks, during which the price fluctuates, but it’s never worth the hassle or cost. This dealership is far more focused on exploiting customers with hidden fees and poor communication than on providing an honest and transparent car-buying experience. Avoid at all costs. More
