Express Service dept personnel were outstanding! Their knowledge annd professional was evident not only to me but to other customers I witnessed during my wait. Bottom line…, their customer service was impeccable. Personnel kept me advised on progress and any new underlying issues and recommendations. Vehicle Courtesy check and video clip was provided while I waited for my truck. I wanted express my thanks to Steven and DeeDee and vehicle tech who attended to me and my vehicle. Great job! More

Couldn’t complete a scheduled recall . Didn’t sort out issue with warranty claim . GMC customer service couldn’t get information to dealer that was needed to complete the recall. I’m still waiting on a callback from my GMC customer service representative. Now I’ll have to deal with the inconvenience of dropping off my truck again. GMC needs better communication with the Southern Chevrolet service writers. More

My experience was very poor. I needed to have several recalls performed on my vehicle. I was told it would take between 6-8 hours during a previous visit. So I needed to make an I needed to have several recalls performed on my vehicle. I was told it would take between 6-8 hours during a previous visit. So I needed to make an appointment. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:15am and was told their shuttle service could not take me home because it was out of their range. I was offered a rental vehicle. Which was fine because it should have only been 1 days worth of work. I did not receive a call all day, so I assumed it was taking longer than expected, fine, day 2, I call that morning and was told that they were just now getting my vehicle in a bay, so I paid for an extra day for the rental when I did not need to. Later that evening I picked up my vehicle, drove off and noticed the shroud around the steering wheel column shroud was lose and the indicator switch was moving around freely. I drove back to the dealer and brought it to the attention of the staff, and was promptly told that they had no reason to go into the section of the vehicle, therefore it could not have been them. It was fine the morning I dropped it off, and not fine the day I picked it up, so...I left feeling deflated and scammed. I will still bring my vehicle there for my entitled services, but anything outside of that ill take elsewhere. More
