I bought a used toyota highlander from here, the sales deal went smoothly. however when I called for service I was told he couldn't look at it for 2 week's and actually told me I would have to go tona toy deal went smoothly. however when I called for service I was told he couldn't look at it for 2 week's and actually told me I would have to go tona toyota dealer to fix the problem. during the sales I was told to bring it back here for service. that kind of turned me off More

I was sold an automobile with options (tow hitch, first aid kit and carpeted floor mats) that I did not request. II was unaware of the charges until I found the Factory sticker on the rear floor until the aid kit and carpeted floor mats) that I did not request. Came in to test drive a vehicle and get a general payment estimate. Adam was very rude and dismissive. During the test drive, provided limited info on the car and barely engaged. We had unfortunately came in to purchase our car when there was a shortage of staff due. They were down to one finance person and the wait was about 4 hours. They tried their best to make us comfortable. there was a shortage of staff due. They were down to one finance person and the wait was about 4 hours. They tried their best to make us comfortable. The finance guy (Maverick) was working and exhaustion levels. It was obvious he was working as fast as he could. He stayed professional and polite the entire time. He made a frustrating situation more tolerable. Making our third car purchase from this dealer a positive experience despite the unusual circumstances. More
