I purchased a car from this dealership on and within 24 hours, I noticed an issue: a leaking pipe that was preventing the hybrid battery from cooling. I expressed my concerns to the GM, explaining that I did not feel safe driving the vehicle. Instead of addressing the issue, he called me naive and stated that he’s been sued hundreds of times and isn’t afraid of escalation. I have tried multiple times to contact the dealership and the GM to resolve this situation, but my attempts have largely gone unanswered. This experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and has caused significant stress. I expected better communication and accountability from a dealership
