Will not just try and sell you something for the “sale”. He will sit down and doesn’t care if it takes hours talk with you about what type of things you are wanting/ needing in a vehicle. Then once he finds that perfect vehicle for you, he will work with other amazing team members to get the best price and options possible. Last year I purchased my vehicle (2025 equinox) from here and tacked on quite a bit of highway miles due to so many medical appointments out of town. Absolutely LOVED this vehicle. But due to medical reasons a truck was now required to better suit what I needed as in towing. I was fully prepared to be turn downed when I asked to trade back a compact suv with a lot more miles than it left with for somehow getting a truck. Instead they were very understanding and very sympathetic to everything I had going on. Absolutely incredible teamwork and Mateo yet again spent hours and even stayed past closing to make sure all of my needs and qualifications I wanted in a vehicle were met. Was never once felt rushed either. The person who does all the financing options will literally bend over backwards calling and trying to get you the lowest APR and payments possible (way cheaper than a bank I found out with our first time around). Then they also have a guy who handles all the added warranties now which is at unbeatable costs as well for everything that is covered. All staff I’ve come across there is respectful, caring, and professional. I could not be happier with Mateo and his coworkers! not once but twice now have they helped me find exactly what I’m needing. Thank you so much, made my husband and my life significantly less stressful and easier. Did I mention they did this all in one day! Actually less than 3hours! Fast, efficient, and hits the nail with the hammer on finding exactly what you want. I bought a 2020 Chevy truck 2 1/2 years ago from this dealership. The transmission went out one year after purchasing the truck which they warranty, but didn’t pay for a rental car and cost me my truck two months of downtime that I had to pay for out of my pocket. My credit score is always been 650 to 700. I have never owed anything. They used a company called TD auto finance to financially screw me over the purchase price of my used truck was 39,000. I have paid $27,000 total payments and I still owe $33,000 on my truck 2 1/2 years later I knew better because I’ve paid several vehicles off in my lifetime. I need to get outside financing because they are financial crooks, but I will never use them again. I will never send anybody there and I will never give them positive word-of-mouth my children that will both buy vehicles will not be from there and they will overall lose business because of what they did to me financially, I understand the transmission issue and their shop is always backed up. Their turnaround time is horrible. They don’t pay their technicians. They don’t pay anybody and they take money from everyone. They use shady financial institutions to xxxx people financially so they are done in my eyes. I will never go back there. They might have made a bunch of money off me in one deal, but they could’ve made a lot more money off me over repeat service and I will never go back there and get screwed over like that financially.

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! - golfpayne

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.
