We arrived at the dealership today, May 30, around 2:00 PM and were completely ignored. At most dealerships, sales staff promptly greet customers and offer assistance. Instead, two employees inside the showroom watched us walk in, made eye contact with us, and yet never made any effort to approach us or even ask if we needed help.
As potential customers ready to do business, we expected at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. Being ignored from the moment we arrived left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued. If this is the level of customer service provided when you're trying to earn a sale, it's concerning to imagine what the experience would be like if we needed assistance, maintenance, or repairs after the purchase. This experience reflected a disappointing lack of customer care and left us with little confidence in the dealership.
