The service department found an interior rearview mirror for my Mitsubishi 2006 eclipse for replacement. The job was done efficiently. They discovered that I had a screw embedded in the side wall of one of my tires. I authorize them to replace the tire; however, they did not have That or any other equivalent tire in stock. I had to return several days later for that job to be done, which was an inconvenience.

I have to say a full evening at Lewisville Volkswagen may have been long but we had amazing service and buying a new car was definitely a positive experience! For starters Guillermo Avila was hands down amazing! A month ago we went in and looked at a car, after looking I wasn’t 100% sure that’s what I wanted. While leaving I explained to Guillermo that I didn’t want to be contacted and bothered, when I was ready I’d reach out if they had something. He is the first and ONLY salesman that has ever honored my request and that alone stood for something. That same day we met Chris Eagan and he was very understanding on things and absolutely friendly. Fast forward to July 25, we went back because I wanted to test drive the Atlas and Cross Sport. I have had a Jeep Grand Cherokee for the last 10 years and have loved my car but it was time for something new and VW had better to offer from the vehicles I was comparing. Guillermo had one pulled to the front waiting on me when we arrived. He answered all of my serious and silly questions and more. He got me what I wanted for my used trade in, he helped me get very close to what I wanted on the sale price of a new car and made the buying experience one to remember. Chris came back in the office and spoke to us again and went over some things and even helped us a little more on the price of the car. Chris was very polite, friendly, and respectful. Then John Chapman came in and moved some numbers around and got us a great deal on the Wheels and Tires warranty and explained everything the absolute best so that we understood what was covered. He was super genuine, helpful and respectful! These three men along with the GM were hands down amazing! We didn’t get to meet the GM but I’d say it says something when he didn’t run me off or laugh in my face after my initial offer on the new car, instead he worked some numbers and got closer to the offer than I expected! We thank you Lewisville Volkswagen for giving us a positive experience and taking care of us to the best of your ability.

I used to drive to Hurst from Garland to get my Tacoma serviced. That’s quite a drive and they do an excellent job there. But a couple of years ago I traded my Tacoma for a Venza at Toyota of Richardson. Terry Torbet was my salesman and is the best. Then I tried the service department again and have had nothing but 5 star service since. Beth Ann is my new service advisor but I think now you can trust anyone there. I prefer having my Toyota serviced at the dealer and I don’t think it costs any more than an independent shop and I know I have trained Toyota technicians working on my vehicle. Go here - you’ll be happy you did.
