I’ve gone back and fourth about 3 years on buying a used Atlas. Recently I saw the Cross Sport and really liked it so I started looking around my area for a used one. Unfortunately a lot of VW Dealerships a Atlas. Recently I saw the Cross Sport and really liked it so I started looking around my area for a used one. Unfortunately a lot of VW Dealerships around me have terrible reviews so I was hesitant to even go look at one as this one my first experience purchasing a car. I called Lewisville VW and spoke with Drew about a specific used Cross Sport at another VW but had concerns about their negative reviews. He was understanding and informed me he couldn’t transfer a used car but if I saw a new one I liked he could definitely get it. After doing some research I decided not to go the used route and drove down to Lewisville VW and was ironically greeted by Drew. It worked out great! He asked me what exactly I wanted and what my budget was. Green flag! He went over their inventory, showed me what would fit within that budget and asked me questions about my trade-in. He wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t try to convince me to look at anything I couldn't afford!! Green flag! Later that day he sent me an offer and we went on to negotiate on a few things. He was very patient with all my questions and even answered after hours and on his day off. Green flag! When I went in to finalize it was a painless hour of signing a few papers. There was no trying to change the offer up on me last minute or any other funny business. Joe in financing is wonderful at what he does and explained everything to me in depth. He was very honest and kind. I love my 2024 Cross Sport! I had a great experience with everyone at Lewisville VW and would definitely recommend Drew to anyone. He’s very patient, kind and knowledgeable! More

We pulled into the parking lot and parked and as soon as we got out we were greeted by Heather, and it was like it was meant to be. Heather asked if we had an appointment with somebody, and I said no we wer we got out we were greeted by Heather, and it was like it was meant to be. Heather asked if we had an appointment with somebody, and I said no we were here to look at a Subaru legacy they had. We were all shocked, Heather included, when she had the keys in her hand as she was about to walk out to that vehicle. From there on Heather made the purchase process super easy and fast. She made the process very personable, making it feel like we weren't at a dealership. She is a great employee and definitely deserves a raise and some kudos for the work she does! Everybody at the dealership treated us very nicely and was super sweet to my daughter, even giving her snacks! It seemed like the other customers at the dealership felt the same way because everybody had smiles on their faces. We definitely will not hesitate to go back. More
