I had the displeasure of dealing with Joshua Lopez. I wish I could rate this place a zero based on my experience with him alone. From the moment I walked in the door, he had a very condescending manner and was super rude.
I will admit, I was not dressed very nice and my hair is a little long and it was not combed. My assumption is that he did not think I was truly there to purchase a vehicle. The person that I set up the appointment with was super friendly. However, upon entering the building, I approached the counter where Joshua was working And let him know that I set up an appointment and I was interested in looking at two different vehicles. His response to me was, “ What are you looking to do? Are you just trying to test drive some vehicles?” The tone in his voice was very rude. I chose to ignore his terrible demeanor, hoping that he was not a sales rep, apparently, this place is desperate for anybody they can hire. I let him know that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. At this time, he looked up my information And saw that I was a previous customer. At this time, his attitude did change a little, but unfortunately, I was stuck with him as my sales rep.
I test drove the vehicle, and decided that I did not need to look at the second vehicle as this was the one that I wanted. I let him know that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle without any additional add-ons. This did not stop him from being a slime ball and trying to pressure me to buy an extended warranty and the gap insurance. I stuck to my guns and let him know. I was interested in purchasing the vehicle only. It was at this time that I realized that he did not care to gain my business since I was not purchasing unnecessary add-ons. He sat me at some tables near the front, and I was there for three hours before I decided to leave (I did attempt to text him to let him know I wanted to move forward). My experience with Cameron the last time I purchased a vehicle was phenomenal. It was for this reason, that I decided to come back. My husband was looking to purchase a vehicle in December from this location, but thankfully he was there with me for the entire experience so we will never return. Words of advice, if you choose to go to this location, be prepared to be ignored if you do not purchase their unnecessary add-ons.
I left my drivers license and the sales rep did not care to text me to let me know I had accidentally left it behind or even care to ask why I left. Since this was the case it makes me speculate that this is a strategy they set forward to all of their reps.
