I heard from Paul Reeves, who is incredibly pleasant and knew what I was looking for and answered all of my questions. I was offered a chance to get a rate match through their in-house financing department and that process was also seamless and Cory Moore was incredibly helpful. Would recommend and would go back!

I would highly recommend this dealer - employee longevity says a lot about an organization and it is highly valued here. Nissan and Infinity have some amazing cars and many are on the showroom. You won't find a more professional and informed group of employees anywhere from the car orientation, sale and finance. My second visit was later in the day and Addi and staff stayed late to ensure everything was perfect. I can't see shopping anywhere else for a new or used vehicle. You won't be disappointed. . . . .

I really wanted to rate my experience as a 5 because my initial experiences with Matt earlier this year was great even though I ultimately purchsed my 2023 GV70 from a Texas dealership. My experience with scheduling an oil change, tire rotation, and a couple of potential warranty items was a little clunky however. I scheduled these services online for drop off. I received a call two weeks later (about 1 week before my online requested appt) asking if I could bring it in earlier than scheduled on my drop of day because there was no guarantee they could get to it that day for an appointment made on line because there was potentail warranty work involved. My other option was to schedule with her, however they did not have an appointment until the first week in November and my "drop off" appointment was for Oct 15. I told her to leave it as is and I will take my chances. I then received another call a couple days before my appointment from Antonio who was calling to inquire if I would like to reschedule for the 1st week in November. To shorten the story a bit I asked why they just don't have a disclaimer on the website to call to make an appointment if you need more than just an oil change/tire rotation. Antonio said he would make that recommendation. I want to make it clear, all of the people I interacted with were great, it was just the appointment process I had issues with.
