He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Ed treats people the way everyone should treat others and I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed for an awesome experience! Also, Danielle, the Business Manager is so nice and easy to work with. Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

A big plus is they do an inspection and take care of issues before the truck is put out on sale. Highly recommended if you are looking for a truck.
