I don't ever write reviews, but I had such a great experience buying my new Ford Explorer from Craig Holsman over the internet from River View Ford that I wanted to share my experience. He first helped us find an Explorer with the exact features that were looking for and he gave us the best price right off the bat. He was fully transparent with all of the numbers and he had everything ready to go when we arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase. Upon arrival at the dealership he had a gentleman named Aldo complete the process. Aldo was very nice and extremely helpful, thorough, but yet efficient. Jeannie in the Finance Department was also very nice to deal with. They had us out of there in under an hour I have never purchased a car this quickly or this painlessly before.
