Tried to buy about 3 cars there over the years. Ended up buying the same car at a different Hyundai dealership. Either the salesman wouldn't/couldn't be competitive, or in one case I walked out because the closer/finance guy was an idiot who wouldn't stop trying to sell add on stuff and just print out the contract and let me sign it. I walked out and stopped back at the salesman's desk to tell him his closer/finance guy just blew him a sale/commission. I drive out to Family for service solely because of your service dept. There are Hyundai and Kia dealerships closer/easier to get to than Family Hyundai but I trust your service dept. Trust is a word that is in very short supply when you discuss car dealers or their service departments.

Yosimar worked with me to get the best deal he could for the car. I was only disappointed that the manufacturer adds unnecessary extras to boost the price of the vehicle.
