Wonderful experience! Eric is amazing, friendly, genuine. The whole transaction was great. The car was beautiful, exactly as advertised. There were no sales tricks, no haggling over price, no surprise charges, no pressure to buy obscure warraranties. It was all honest and above board. Derek was wonderful as well, he took care of all our paperwork. The whole thing took less than 2 hours, including a test drive, paperwork, everything. We loved the car, the people, we left relaxed, happy and excited to drive away with our car! Reached back out after the purchase with some questions and they were just as nice. We recommend Wickstrom Chevrolet whole heartedly and would go back anytime.

Do not use this dealership. I’d give it no stars if I could. I had a contract with them and they are charging me more each month. The first month was correct but the months after we higher than it states in the contract. Also, the car is a 2025 Equinox and it constantly has red flashing lights, warning of tire pressure and other things wrong. The engine light has gone on the three time in the first six months and the car was brand new when I received it. Not worth the money or the hassle!

I’m not sure if they ever actually had the car in stock, but they lead me around the whole facility trying to get me to buy a different car. “I think it’s here. Hey, check out that Lamborghini!” To make it worse, I was texting with the staff all week about the car under the guise that they actually had the car. Then, after all the walking around the property looking for the car, having the sales guy playing dumb, we get back to the sales floor, they tell me the car isn’t there (after texting me about the car all week and making an actual appointment to look at the car). And then all they did was try to sell me a Toyota. These people strung me along. Absolutely not buying from them.
