When I first arrived to my appointment the check in lady, and I'm not sure about her name, I believe it was Evelyn or Vanessa or some variable of that; she was rude from start to finish. her tone and her at and I'm not sure about her name, I believe it was Evelyn or Vanessa or some variable of that; she was rude from start to finish. her tone and her attitude was unpleasant and unnecessarily nasty. I will not come back to this place and get any service because of her. It doesn't cost to be nice; its free. There was an older gentlemen there who was very pleasant, he was trying to sell me a car but I just bought this, he was nice and charming. More
