Very friendly and professional acting. Who is Owen, what did Owen do for me? Was he that service person that that could not see the damage? I know Mike Armstrong, Glenn Smith, Lewis, Felip Who is Owen, what did Owen do for me? Was he that service person that that could not see the damage? I know Mike Armstrong, Glenn Smith, Lewis, Felipe and Jay. The preceding people were not able to help resolve our unfortunate experience. Why when we came into the dealership to ask someone that could answer our question, when will the vehicle be delivered?, was in a meeting. We left without an answer. The dealership did not answer my questions regarding the purchase of the vehicle I ordered from the factory. Some questions not answered: when was my car delivered to the dealership, who checked in the vehicle when delivered to the dealership, why was the damage not noticed at the inspection, was the person trained to inspect vehicles delivered, why was my vehicle (VIN) listed on line after we purchased the car, why were we not notified until almost 4 weeks after the vehicle was delivered to the dealership, why after we made an appointment to order the vehicle our sales person was helping another customer at our appointment time. I have a list of 23 issues we are waiting for how all these poor practices will be addressed. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. It is probably happening to many others without them knowing it. Or they think activities are just normal. We were fooled. More
