Best deals around and a friendly staff. My sales guy, Ron Skalski, was a pleasure to work with and made the transaction smooth and painless. He was very responsive to questions through email as well as through texts. I had one shot to get the exact trim and color I wanted and Ron made it happen. A+++++ Mark Krupa took care of the financing and was not pushy with add ons. I definitely appreciate that. Again, another smooth and painless process.

Buyer beware, wouldn't buy anything from this dealership unless you want stress and a warranty that is worth crap. Our vehicle with just over 80k miles is blowing through oil and they will not help us at all. VEHICLES ARE xxxx! Do NOT buy! We'd have to spend a $1000 of our own cash to do a oil quantity test and you are at the hands of the dealership to decide your fate. $9500 for a new engine at 80k. xx!!!! Wouldn't buy a Hyundai again if it was the last vehicle on earth. BEWARE ALL!!!!!!!!

After having a terrible experience with my selling dealer I was referred to Hyundai of Palatine and now I know why. I was instantly greeted with a smile and welcoming presence. Sam was fantastic, got me checked in, explained the process and eta, and directed me to the lobby and advised of the amenities. Before I could even sit down, I had a text providing contact information and stated I could reach out with any questions. As I waited I observed the staff from various departments walking around and interacting with one another. All employees had smiles on their faces, got along with each other, and were interacting with customers. This is how you run a dealership! Thank you for providing excellent service.
