Good dealer service dept. Got my car in and out same day. Only issue as one of the items I was told was fixed started acting up the day after I got it back. next time I take it in will be the third time requesting a repair. Hopefully they understand this time and not charge me again for a follow up call.

While at the dealership, Aldo helped us with the test drive and get everything wrapped up! It was a very easy transaction and we appreciate all of their help!

Made an appointment for 12:00 and asked how long the service would take. They said 1 hour. Well at 1:15 they came out and asked where was the lung nut key was. We had no idea. The was finally finished at 2:00. So much for an hour service call.

When I got home I checked the oil. It was way overfilled. I took it back ro the dealer and they said they put 4.2 quarts in and everything should be alright. When I just now checked it it was stille overfilled. Will pump it out myself.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! - KGoff

We just had a very expensive ceramic coating/self healing system put on our car by an awesome company. We got it back looking gorgeous and took it to have an oil change and tire rotation at Greenway. We got it back with a big gouge in the hood!!! It looks like someone closed the hood with a tool in their hand! We have pictures of right before we took it there, and after so there's no mistaking that this was done on their watch! It is literally through the ceramic coating, through the paint!!! My husband called there and they said "huh, that sucks". No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing!! I will NEVER take another vehicle to Greenway again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this situation!!
