When we showed up, it was basically sign and go—we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Honestly one of the easiest car-buying experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend David and the dealership!

Shipping of the vehicle was very miscommunicated with both the carrier and deal ship. The car wasn’t detailed has they said was being done. Just a quick wiped is what looked like sand all in the carpets and smears of leather conditioner on seats. But the vehicle itself look great. For never buying a vehicle out of state it was easy just different states title different ways.

I had the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had last week at Bob Rohrman Indy East Side! My salesman, Tony McCracken, worked so hard finding me exactly what I wanted. He found the perfect Jeep Renegade that I was looking for. He performed a miracle with the financial situation I was in and I was amazed! He even came to get me on the other side of town to bring me in to the dealership to sign all my paperwork. It was so fast and easy, and everyone was so friendly! I have told all my friends about Tony! He’s got real sales skills! He means what he says when he says he can get you in a vehicle no matter what financial burden you have. I am telling all my friends to go see Tony! He is absolutely the best!

They were about like most other dealerships I've dealt with. I did catch them in a lie right out of the gate but after calling them on it the experience was pretty straight forward. The vehicle arrived more or less in the condition I expected it to be in. The interior was detailed and the tank was full of fuel. No major complaints.

I ended up at Hubler Ford in Shelbyville, Indiana under pretty stressful circumstances. I was in the middle of a 10-hour road trip, traveling alone, when the car I was driving completely gave up. Instead of simply renting a car and finishing the trip, I decided to see what Hubler had available—and that’s how I ended up buying a 2021 Ford Explorer. Will was my salesman, and he was GREAT. Helpful, patient, kind, and exactly the person you want helping you when you’re stranded far from home and trying to make a big decision unexpectedly. Austin in finance was equally amazing. Those two alone are worth the trip to Hubler. They worked with me, got everything handled, and got me back on the road. What impressed me even more was how helpful Will and Austin continued to be after the sale. Will even went back to my trade-in after the fact to retrieve something I had accidentally left behind. Austin also stepped up in a big way when I had an issue with the Explorer shortly after purchasing it, and I truly appreciated how much he cared about making sure I was taken care of. I did have one disappointing interaction with the sales manager when I called about that immediate issue. He was impatient and not particularly helpful, and I’m still waiting on the return call I was told would come within 10 minutes. That was frustrating, especially after such a positive buying experience. That said, I don’t want one interaction to overshadow how fantastic Will and Austin were. They made a stressful, unexpected situation so much easier and made me feel confident about my decision. Hubler Ford is lucky to have both of them. I would absolutely recommend asking for Will and working with Austin—you’ll be in great hands.
