They offer no loaner car program and do not stand behind their warranties and they are extremely rude and not helpful in the office More

Tom Wood Honda responded

We strive to offer accommodating, helpful service and I am troubled to see we missed the mark regarding our loaner program and warranties. Your feedback will allow us to follow up on this - however, I want to make sure all of your concerns are addressed. We will contact you shortly to learn more about what happened here. Thank you, BJ Holmes - General Manager - (765) 203-0015
