Service was great but communication on when car ready was lacking. I liked the text message but would have liked notification when car was ready for pick up. I was told 10am but apparently not finished until 2. That wasn’t a problem but if system could generate a notification that would have been helpful. Rachel was helping another customer when I stopped to see if car ready so it might have just been finished and there wasn’t time to notify me.

I drove 159 miles to look at a GMC Sierra SLE that I was interested in purchasing. My salesman Tyler was fantastic. He was upfront about the price and what the dealership had paid for the vehicle. Very transparent on everything. Explained everything in detail and answered my questions. Polite, professional, and made me feel like family. Tyler told me how he started from cleaning cars until Mr. Sarchione offered him a sales position. Tyler loves his job and it shows. I also worked with Jason in the finance department and he did everything he could to get me the best deal available with the financing. I came in pre-approved with another bank and he crushed their interest rate. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure sale and no pressure for the extras that are available. It's well worth the drive and be sure to ask for Tyler.

March, 2025. It was a crazy busy month for me and of course it was state inspection time, I called my man Daryl at Riverview Chevrolet and he managed to get me in for an inspection. Daryl took care of me and my Suburban with. ease and had me back on the road in no time. If you need great service look up Daryl and he will take care of you like family.

This dealer ran a credit check on a vehicle that was strongly not one of interest. Received the letter from Ally/ GM financial on the vehicle specifically said “NO” to. Despite the lack of interest, the dealer ran check anyway; which dropped the credit score. Spoke to the salesperson and financial adviser over this with no apology. They have no problem using and ruining your personal information for their gain. Will be doing more research, since there is a two year statute of limitations on FCRA violations. In the meantime, reaching out to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is on the list of to do’s. For trying to buy a first vehicle, this experience has been one of personal rights violations with no compassion, understanding, or genuine sincerity to apologize. An apology, when you are in the wrong, goes a long way.

Dave Dinwiddie is an excellent mechanic. He was able to diagnose that a finishing nail was picked up in my tire along the outside area of the tire. There was no possibility of a patch so I did have to get a new tire, but it beats a tire blowout going 65 mph. Christine at the service desk was very kind. The entire experience from check-in to checkout was extremely easy and everyone was so kind. Wonderful dealership and better people. Thank you.
