Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Travis, who called me initially, was kind and pointed me in the right direction. Cody, the salesperson who helped me, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions, letting me test drive as much as I needed, and showing me the car features. The person handling the finance piece was thorough and knowledgeable as well, and didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t feel I needed. The car I bought was a show car in the building, so I saw the car being detailed, and the man who did it was great! This is the second car I have bought here, and the service department has always been great as well. I’m sad that Dan, who has worked with me for the last 14 years, no longer works there, but Chad, who helped me this week with my previous car, was kind and expedient. I’m very happy with the purchase of my new car and look forward to driving it for the next several years. Cody has been very nice to offer his knowledge and help beyond the sale.

This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. I had spent 2 1/2 weeks at 4 to 6 hours per day searching for a replacement Ford Explorer that had been totaled by a teenage drive with a learner's permit. While there are a yon of XLT models within the price range, I had a set of conditions needed to serve as a suitable replacement. I did a couple of potential vehicles but 1 didn't quite hit all the required checkmark boxes and the other was at a lot whose manager fit the "yutz from xxxx" description. Enter Derek from Bryers Import Used Car Department. He had an advertised vehicle that I found online. I wrote him with my concerns and he promptly answered. He even made a video for me showing ALL systems were functioning as one might hope for. My wife and I drove from Northern Cincinnati to the east side of Columbus to look the vehicle over. It was exactly as the ad described! Derek listens to the customer, there's no pushing AT ALL and he worked diligently to get our business. And Bryers honestly deals on their vehicles. We made what we considered a fair offer and it was accepted. No quibbling. Just honesty.
